Manager kicked me out of the store with zero escalation. No reasoning, no warning, nothing. Been shopping here for years. Not at this location but nonetheless. The post office manager refused to ship any of my parcels and was unreasonable. Initially it was because they had no labels, but all the information was hand written on the package. I accepted that and told her she could ship the remaining parcel which I would be paying the postage for. She refused. I asked to speak to her manager. He came out and instantly assumed me to be the problem. I can only presume his pride was hurt when I told him he would need to ask his employee why she wouldn't help me, as opposed to agreeing with his instant accusatory summary of the situation, as that was the only interaction I had with him. He didn't even bother asking her what the issue was and immediately told me to leave the store. Extremely unprofessional, childish behavior, not sure what based in. There is nothing else to this. No names were called, no voices were raised. I only asked the clerk to do her job. I am completely flabbergasted as to their behavior. The manager Bob had zero people skills, snidely said 'maybe next time you wont be rude'. He wasn't present during the discussion so I am not sure how he ascertained I was rude. Terrible. Extremely extremely unprofessional. Concerning what the managers thought process was.

I like this place, however, I do feel like I enjoy shopping here predominately because its open twenty four seven. Its a perfect place to stroll when you have nothing to do, but also, its great for when you really need, say, cough syrup at 1 am. So this place is awesome for that kind of stuff. When it comes to customer service, this place is often pretty chill and helpful. So overall, cool place I would say.

Horrible experience, lack of consideration and respect of the cashier, who took my time to socialize, chit-chat and visit for about 15 min with the customer in front of me, for chance the store was empty and I did not have to wait more and when I just said that it was the first time this ever happen to me at any atore, she just said: “ every customer takes their own time” ... no it was not that!!! it was a visit, a chit chat and for the records just in case the manager find appropriate to educate this cashier, the purchase was today January 18, at 17:19:12 / Author # 07378Z It is possible to provide better customer service? At anytime this cashier showed any willingness to end her visit and help the next customer! I hope the manager will take care of other customers and this do not repeat... I don’t think I want to visit this store again... I do not need to test my patience again! Thank you for reading

I come to this post office almost every week and sometimes there are line ups but the staff do their best. The other day I witnessed a rude customer speaking poorly to the staff and she handled it better than most people would. It is a scary time in the world and we need to be nice to those who work these jobs and have to deal with unnecessary rude people.
