Was expecting something kinda like the hawker experience in Singapore but not authentic obviously. It was a stand alone restaurant but you order then pick up your food. Clean facility, portions were decent. The dishes were mostly spicy which was unfortunate and the only one that was offered in mild, was not available. There were a couple of dishes not available for order. The price was mid level at 50 for 3 people about 4 dishes. The prawns rice dish was the best but the rest were just okay.

We were looking for a place to have an early dinner and found Singapore Hawker by accident. It looked bright, clean and inviting from the outside. It is a self-serve restaurant. It wasn't even dinner time yet but they were getting busy already, lots of take out orders. We have Nyonya Yellow Curry Chicken. The sliced chicken breast was very tender and the broth was packed with flavour. The garlic fried squid was the best, lightly battered, and came with a sweet and sour kind of sauce which complemented perfectly. The Singaporean Laksa also had lots of flavours. The tofu with cucumbers with bean sprout with the peanut spicy sauce was also very authentic. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely come back to try their other dishes.
Fast service and seems to be very popular. The quality of the food is good, but the taste is lacking. Somewhat on the bland side, could use some more saltiness and spiciness. Portions were good and we ordered ahead and the food was prepared and waiting.
I really enjoyed this place. The food was well priced the staff had a feeling for family. And the food tasted great. We had the Hainan chicken which is their speciality and all I have to say all Hainan chicken that is good tastes like this. It was a win. Curry was full of flavor and loaded with beef. We also got soemthing really unique. It was a bean sprout salad with peanut sauce. The portion was so large that I legit think they might of lost money on it. It was super unique and refreshing.
The owner was very rude and made me wait for my food even though it was ready. I could have been in and out but instead I got to watch my food go cold right in front of me for almost 10 minutes. I entered for a pickup order and saw my food at the counter. The cashier was busy on the phone but paused to check my order #. That's when the restaurant owner (who was just on his phone doing nothing) yelled at her for multitasking. The owner could have checked my order # but wanted to keep playing mobile games and I had to wait almost 10 mins for their employee to finish on the phone and then give me my order. Don't come here if you value your time. Food was cold and horrible when I got home.
Taste have improved from my last visit visit when they first opened...might be a new cook. Will be back to try out other dishes
Reminiscing South-East Asian food until we can travel again. Our cravings were satisfied at Singapore Hawker We got takeouts on two separate occasions.
