Service here was absolutely amazing!! Manager(Susan) took her time to explain how their products work as well as gave us space to roam around while we explored different options. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy top of the line baby products! All the staff were extremely outgoing and very patient with us. All in all, experience was incredible and my husband and I will definitely be buying more from them in the near future. Thanks Snuggle Bugz for such an amazing experience!!!

This is a store that is not customer centric, to say the least. Purchased a high chair online and took 3 weeks to arrive, with no tracking updates. Emailed customer service and again, super slow to respond. Tried to price match, again super slow. Tried calling to do the above and long wait (hence why had to email). When going to the store before black friday, staff keeping secret whether or not a high chair will be discounted (seriously?!), and expected us to wait in line to come in store to find out, despite COVID. Baby products are already overpriced, this store is straight up milking parent's money . The only reason I even bought here is bc I had a store credit from sleep sack I had to return (regretfully purchased here). Poor return and price match policies that always leave the consumer losing and favor the store. Never bother shopping here again, it's just NOT easy in all possible ways truthfully.

Last week when me and baby in the store staff allow other 2 customers come in but this week only 1 customer inside and she let me wait outside and did not tell me I have to wait until last customer come out. No explain and very rude face . I don’t know if it is because we are asian. Don’t go there if you want a good experience.
