Went to return a hoodie that my wife had bought me. Wanted to exchange sizes. When I arrived we noticed a quarter sized mark (black mark, black hoodie). They refused to exchanged and accused me of wearing the hoodie. I wore it for 20 mins at home before work. I understand they have policies but to not offer to help at all AND accuse me of wearing it and essentially trying to scam them is ridiculous. They could have sent the hoodie back to adidas. Will not be spending any more money at this store. I have worked in customer service before and that is not how you treat customers. Would not recommend this store.

Found what I was looking for and a pair of socks for 5!!! Personnel is really nice and helpful. Big selection for all sizes. I was amazed to see all people leaving with a purchase. To me that means they have what you need since it is a specialized store.

I shopped at this store today. Right off the bat, I felt discriminated because of my race. I was told not to touch the boot etc....I understand that this is the norm nowadays. As we were paying for my son's new cleats, we overheard that Whitecap players can't kick the ball. I guess my son would fall under this category cause he trains with the Whitecaps. I bought the cleats and recommended socks anyways cause I didn't want my son to know that anything was wrong. He is only 10 years old and he won't understand.
