Service was impeccable from start to finish! Communication from Customer Service at the main office was detailed and thorough and quite secure. Kathy Conn, site manager, took very good care of our needs and is very accommodating. She possesses great interpersonal skills; she is knowledgeable and wants to make sure you understand expectations. Moving equipment is readily available and accessible at the site such as hand trucks, flat decks and step ladders! Facility is very secure and very clean! Pricing for storage cycle is affordable. Great place for your storage needs! It exceeded our expectations!

Excellent customer services. Kathy was always ready to help us with useful advices. We stored our furniture for about 3 months and found them clean with no dust, no signal of pest activities. We strongly recommend this facility and we'll be back in case we need the service again.
