So my sister has been hounding me to go vegan for animal rights and it hasn't been easy. In order to find products that don't test on animals I decided to check out this ethical brand and the products are actually really solid. They have products for both men and women (not that it actually makes a difference for skin care), and its really great.

I always shop from body shop but i got disappointed cause the customer service at this location is awful. I left the store. I would never buy at this location again. They had attitude problem. Shop at Park Royal location, they have great customer service there.
I am using bodyshop’s products over five years with hand creams, bath, and body lotions; however, this location the customer service is really bad. I would strongly suggest ppl go to other locations to get your product.
Very attentive staff with great knowledge. Always loved the Body Shop. Keep it up!
