The staff are friendly and professional. They take the safety measures of Covid seriously which made us feel safe throughout the process. Habib offered us pretty good glasses deal based on our budget. The only con was the (almost) long waiting time for the eye exam, even though we already had an appointment.

I am so grateful to Dr.Saba for all his help with my eye health. Also I wanted to shout out to Habib who gave me such a good deal on my prescription glasses. I absolutely love them! The location is fairly easy to find and parking is available every where. If not, the mall is on the other side, and there is plenty of parking there.

I love my Optometrist office. I am privileged to be a patient of Total Eye Care Centre Optometry over 7 years. They far exceed my expectations as a great eye doctor and a great office staff. Going in is like going “home”. Each individual, from the doctor to the office staff, to the optician , treat you with the very best care. They explain everything, offer advice, getting me the best glasses and contacts for my eyes . Their help is so personal, like you are the most important patient they have, and they give this quality of care to each one that comes walking in the door. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for my family and me. When friends and family ask me, “Do you know a good eye doctor I could go see”? Booked a standard eye exam here. The optometrist was very soft spoken but did rush through the exam. The prescription provided to me neglected to include the PD which all previous eye exams have always included as mine are not standard. I would recommend visiting a different optometrist.

Dr. Saba is such an amazing doctor, he really knows what hes doing. The whole clinic/eye-wear shop is really awesome actually. I bought new glasses and they really gave me an wicked deal. I honestly think the doctor here is better than the specialist that I had been seeing. Its as if he just has more experience!

I am genuinely frustrated with the customer service of this establishment. I got my new prescription, and I had a hard time seeing even after giving it several days for my eyes to adjust to the new prescriptions. I called and requested to be scheduled for the doctor's next availability, and the receptionist told me I have to come in to get my glasses checked by someone, and if necessary, then she'll schedule me. Mind you, this is in the middle of a second wave of the pandemic, and we have to try to limit where we go as much as possible. I get there; the guy that's supposed to check my glasses barely acknowledged me, doesn't even look at my glasses, tells the receptionist she needs to schedule me in with the doctor. (I was in the store for less than 5 minutes) I was super frustrated as this was something the receptionist could have done for me over the phone when I had called earlier. Fast forward I come back, and the receptionists were talking to each other about trivial things; one even looked at me, but they did not stop their convo until a solid three or so minutes after I was waiting for them to check me in. I go in to see the doctor, and I explain my vision is still blurry, and I need to squint at a computer in front of me to see it sometimes. He takes a quick look and essentially tells me there is nothing wrong with my eyes. I explain I've had glasses for over ten years, and I know this is not normal, and I have a hard time seeing. I can make out the shapes of the letters presented to me, but they are not clear, and he tells me there is nothing he can do for me and sends me on my way. Overall this establishment is extremely unprofessional, and the staff can be rude.

Very good customer service and Warranty support! It’s been 3 years that I go to this optometry. All staff are very friendly and really do a good job, specially Habib! My glasses had an issue, he changed my glasses with no cost after 19months since purchasing! Even when I needed an urgent eye examination regarding my dental loupes, they gave me an appointment for less than an hour later!!

Total Eye care Centre Optometry in Coquitlam is a welcoming, friendly place. They are efficient, but careful in their work. My Wife and I have been completely satisfied with our visits. They have a great selection of frames and are very helpful. Thanks Dr. Hassani and his polite, professional staff.
