I have been seeing Kristina and Richard for many years now and they have helped me so much with many different problems. I am an ex-athlete and often have pains that pop up frequently from old injuries. They are knowledgeable, kind, patient, helpful and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about Town Centre Integrated Therapies. To top it all off, the location is serene, relaxing and beautifully decorated. It is like a breath of fresh air just walking in to their location. In regards to respecting Covic protocols, they are thorough, careful and diligent. I feel safe and secure knowing that my safety and health is being respected and protected.

Richard has been my massage therapist for several years. He is very knowledgeable and has helped with my whiplash and tightness in my shoulders. As a result, my performance with kickboxing and weight training have improved dramatically. I'm also impressed with their Covid-19 safety protocols which makes me feel safe. Safety and hygiene have always been at the forefront, and the therapists have communicated clear COVID protocols in writing and in person to ensure patient safety since the pandemic. Treatments are always professional even if you have developed a friendship over the years. Best of all, assessment of injury and appropriate treatment is provided. I recommend this clinic to everyone for massage therapy.

I followed Kristina from her previous location and have been her patient for 9 or 10 years. Her Covid protocols surpass any other business I have entered since they re-opened. I feel very safe and my treatments are excellent. Patient communication is outstanding, the facility is brand new, in spotless condition and I am treated with a high degree of professionalism. This is not a day spa but a therapeutic health care facility. I recommend her to everyone I know.
