I've had multiple bad experiences here. I had run in desperate to buy a swing for my very fussy infant baby. The store had on display sale prices, I made my choice and then I was told the sale wouldn't be honored because the sale had ended days ago even though multiple items in the entire baby section had those sale tags. Then I was told the swing was out of stock. When I asked to buy the floor model, I was told they couldn't sell it to me without making sure it worked and they had no clue where the cord was. When I spoke to the manager she took down my information and informed me she would find the cord and contact me on her next shift (that Friday) to advise if it worked or not. I received no call and when I phoned (that Sunday) was told they couldn't find the cord for any of the floor models. Another time, I had seen a sale online for a product only sold in store. I found the very last one and when I brought it to the register it came up full price. I showed the clerk the ad for the sale showing the exact item and she kept telling me it wasn't the same. Even after her superior told her to give us the sale price she kept making comments about how it wasn't the same. This location needs to step up their customer service.

Customer service desk was rude. Bought some Bakugan sets that's on sale it's not clear which set is on sale (set on top row in the picture), I grabbed the wrong one (bottom center set in the picture) without knowing (cuz their labeling is not clear) and paid for it, obviously I got charged the full price, and asked the cashier who I can talk to to make it right. I was pointed to their customer service rep. Andrew, I told him what happened and I explained that I got confused which one is on sale, and asked how a customer is supposed to figure out which one, the way he explained it to me was to figure out the SKU #'s (wha?!?) I guess normal customers know that? I felt stupid how he talked to me. He might be tired because it's most the end of the day but as a worker in the customer service desk he should know better to empathize with his customers.
Manager Varinder has a great knowledge of products and guide you to buy most suitable for your child. Very courteous and always goes above and beyond !
I visited around 5 p.m. today. My two-year-old daughter was in a store wearing a mask, and all the customers wore a mask and went shopping. Except for one guy. None of the staff told him about the mask and didn't care, so I watched it carefully, curiously.It was because the man might have a reason for a disease. For whatever reason, the indifference of the staff and the manual for Corona19 seemed ridiculous. I didn't take a picture this happened. I want to believe that the man had some important reason. Please take responsibility for the safety of your customers...
Big store with a lot of parking slots and very nice parking slot for pregnant woman . Very good stuff specialist \Catherine\ very helpful she assist me and my wife and answer all the questions with a smile on her face.. I advice all family and visitors to ask about \Catherine\.. Big collections for all ages start from new born and go up...
