David is amazing! He's very fast to response, and very helpful and informative. There was a problem with my electric water heater as it kept shutting off. A friend recommended him so I gave him a call and I'm so glad that i did. I ended up replacing the water heater under warranty, and David took care of all of that for me, including picking up the new tank, removing and disposing the old tank and installing the new tank. He and his staff were friendly, efficient, professional, informative, respectful, careful, honest and very neat. What a breath of fresh air to come across someone like that. I highly highly recommended David for your heating needs!

I am very satisfied with the services provided by David from Ucomfort Heating. He seemed experienced, knowledgeable and had a really decent personality. I've had some heating issues for last two winters and when I finally got the reliable name from a friend, I called and David came to look at the issues. When he first came to assess the issues, he told me he would come back after the weather got colder so I could gather all the issues with the heating because it would be cheaper to repair in one trip than to pay separate visits to target different issues every time it arises. After the heater was up and running for a while, I wrote down all the issues and questions I had, and asked David to come back. When he came back and listened to what I found out so far, he started working on it, explaining what steps he was going to make and what the next steps would be if it fails. He was careful yet worked fast and advised me what I could do to keep the heating repair cost down in the future. I am very satisfied with his service and expertise and would definitely recommend him.
