Only being open from 9-3 makes it impossible for anyone who works to bank during the day, and the homeless who live in the atm lobby make it impossible to use the atm.

I am vancity customer for many years but someone who has all my information played with my account for 3days from March 25 to March 28 then drained my account between paying unauthorized payments in 2 credit cards and 2 e-transfer and unauthorized bill bank payments. The bank froze my account for 4 days then refunded all the stolen money. I don't feel safe with this branch. I decided to transfer my money to a different bank. Sorry

Branch 16. Vancity is no longer located here. Just thought I'd let people know. I actually really like the staff.

Have been a member for over 30 years and do all my banking there and its about to change. I needed to defer my mortgage because of some financial issues due to have to shut down a business I had. I was told over the main line that it would be no problem and to do 2 payments not just 1 and to consider its done. Then 3 days later I got a call from the branch manager asking me why I needed it done. I told him why and he said he cannot authorise it because it doesn't meet their criteria for reason. He recommended that I take out my RRSP or borrow money from a friend to pay my mortgage. I would have to come to the bank to do it. So much for the peoples bank and trying to help people get ahead and set up for retirement.
