Had a neon light built for our store and it was awesome but only for a short period of time ,( 6 months ) and then it started to fade in some letters . I called the owner and told me it was temperature related and that’s the reason why parts of the sign were not bright . The company didn’t even come down and show any customer service or any follow up. Or anything to make it right . Please shop around when your looking for neon sign!! I regret referring people to this company

Do not take your signs for repair here. I bought my sister a neon sign for her wedding and it was dropped. Matteo promised to fix it before the wedding date. He charged my brother in law double the price (450) of what he had discussed with my sister and the sign came back broken. He is refusing to refund my brother in law and has been completely unprofessional. The way this young couple has been treated and taken advantage of is disgusting.
Matteo has by far the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. As a small business owner, I am embarrassed that we’re in the same realm. Matteo was tasked with repairing a neon sign for me for my wedding. It accidentally broke, and my fiancé drove all around the lower mainland trying to fix it. We found Matteo, he shook my fiancé’s hand and looked him in the eye and promised him the sign would be fixed. We paid Matteo DOUBLE what he had promised. My sign is still broken. Matteo refuses to refund our money. Matteo, you are the sole person who has single handily put a bitter taste in my mouth for my wedding. I hope you know that you are a thief, and you are a liar. I hope no one ever conducts business with you again. You will be hearing from the BBB, and the CRA. I have proof you accept money under the table. Best of luck to you.
Don’t deal with Matteo, terrible service! Charged double the cost of a brand new sign, lies and takes advantage often, sign doesn’t even work after “repair,” and refuses to help!! Terrible service! Avoid at all costs!!
