The sales associate Ben Seger was super helpful! After trying to get a new band for my smart watch at Best Buy with zero help or input from their staff I took a chance a walk into the store. Who would've thought Watch it! could have what I was looking for. I paid less than similar watch bands online and he even sized it for free. Great service for conventional watches and smart watches. Thanks again Ben!!

Took my men's bulova watch in as I could not get the "day" to change. Other than that, the watch was running perfectly. The estimate came back that the "movement" needed to be repaired and it would be 180.00 with a 20% discount. I declined and took it to Hammond Jewelers. There it cost my 70.00 to clean it and the day now changes and the watch is perfect. Do NOT take your watch to this place for repairs.
Wife went in to buy me a watch. She was sold a made in China watch for 200 dollars and was told it was better than the watch she came in for. Went to return it for a G shock and employee tried convincing me that G shocks are all made in china when they are actually Jap movements. Completely disinterested staff when it comes to customer service, both staff where hiding behind computers until i found them to ask questions. On top of that there selection is brutal and they have nothing but out dated products. Employee then showed me a ltd edition citizen for 1000 dollars and when i said no thanks, his response was "did that price scare you off?" (the reality being i have 2 ltd edition citizens both of which crapped out on me within 2 years of purchase) After the garbage service I asked for my money back and was told only store credit or exchange! What a low rent company, crappy staff, poor selection and a used car lot mentality when it comes to customer after care. Old staff and ownership where way better.
Got my watch sized here by Michael. He was friendly, efficient and he did it very quickly. First time here and I was happy with the service, and the price was great!
Worst store, buyer beware!!! I bought a watch here with a Kids Loss warranty. This was the whole reason I bought that particular watch. When my child lost his watch, I went to redeem the warranty but was told that sorry, they were mistaken, it does not have a warranty. They would not replace the watch, even head office refused. Instead I was offered a discount on another watch. Why would I give more money to this company? Sneaky people.
Had great experience here in the past. Unfortunately it is all too obvious they care about one thing here and that is if u have money in your wallet that day. Bought several watches here and they r a straight up rip off for battery changes. 20 dollars to change a battery is ridiculous. Needless to say im not going back. There are plenty of online shops with better prices that manage to care about their customers more without ever meeting them in person!
The customer service is so amazing I have bought two watches here so far and I will be back also the selection is superb.
I've dealt with Kas and his team for a couple years due to their great customer service and willingness to stand behind the products they sell. I'll continue to go back and highly suggest their services and products.
