Coach April and her team are amazing! Our kids did not like public lessons at all but the second they joined west coast swim school, swimming has become their favourite sport.

Coach April is truly the best!! Her classes are worth every spent! We are so grateful! My son was in public swimming for a year without any progress. After 2 classes with April he started swimming and progressed very fast. My 2 kids now taking summer swim camp with coach Kristina and she’s fantastic as well!
Two family members have taken swim lessons with WCSS, both with April, the head instructor, and honestly we can’t say enough about her. She has decades of experience and it shows. The school advertises that it caters to individual needs and that’s exactly what April does, not just based on level of ability but also psychologically. If you have a fear of water, April takes that into consideration in everything she does. She pushes you just enough to help you advance without causing anxiety. She is as much coach as she is instructor. April also stresses that swimming should be enjoyable and relaxing, not just an athletic endeavor. She wants all her students to learn to love the water. We’re extremely happy that we enrolled with WCSS and recommend it to anybody looking for private or semi-private swim lessons.
We are so thankful to have found West Coast Swim School. Coach April has been so supportive to our special need son. She's the best coach we have ever had, very experienced, patient and understanding. We are really thankful to see the progress and how our son enjoys swimming. I would highly recommend this swim school!
