NOT a stuffy bank. I was appalled at the bad/ lack of service at T.D. Walked into Westminster Savings to be greated by Morgan. She opened all new accounts with no fuss. Morgan set everything up in a day with a level of friendly efficiency and professionalism that I have never encountered in a financial institution ever.

The manager here is so rude, he spoke to me in a language I do not know, and when I told him I only spoke English he was mean to me.
