Horrible. Notice How recent reviews are so terrible & the older ones are really good (Perhaps the owners need to re-evaluate the way they provide patient care). They were good back then but currently not so much. Proceed with EXTREME CAUTION ️. You’ve been warned....

Very Disappointed in this facility, their lack of care, disregard for physician orders & VERY POOR communication skills. They discharged my very confused family member who had recent surgery to home (lives alone) & didn’t even notify family or the admitting physician. When the admitting physician found out while at the follow up appointment, he said he didn’t feel comfortable with them going home & wrote orders for them to stay. They disregarded physician orders because physical therapy had “signed off already”. They spoke with the confused patient instead of family regarding discharge. So naturally the discharge was a disaster. It’s infuriating & frustrating because ALL of this could have been avoided if their had been Communication with family. There was absolutely NO Patient Advocation from ANY of their staff. Otherwise they would have contacted family regarding discharge matters instead of doing it all with a confused elderly patient. So if they can’t assess something as simple as a confused patient & take appropriate action then what else are they not doing behind their closed doors (due to “Covid”)? If they are not going to allow visitors to see & advocate for the patient to ensure correct orders & care of patient then they need to provide more transparent communication to family members. It felt like they used Covid as an excuse to give poor care & just do whatever they wanted. I DO NOT recommend using this facility. I wish i would have read the recent reviews first. They used to be good....Not anymore!

I did my clinicals here. The residents are so sweet and nice, but the workers are rude. I dreaded Going. Luckily I was Able to go to advance to finish. I feel So bad for the residents. I do not recommend this place to Anyone. I never Saw any managers. When I went To the kitchen to get a resident more food, the cook was wearing sweats and had headphones on seemed like she was talking on the phone, looked right at me and then went into what looked like an office with a computer. I ended up leaving on my break to McDonald’s to bring a hamburger back for the resident. Makes me sick

A friend of mine told me the employees have been extremely rude to her father and giving him little food, but them making him take pills that he does not need, or has not taken before. I will support this friend in saying that this is a bad place, and that I do not recommend going there.

We took my ailing mom there because my caregiver dad needed a break. It was supposed to be for 5 days (the length hospices covers). We gave my mom her medication at 10 and then took her to Coral Desert Rehab at 11am. We went over everything with them: what her medications were and when she should have them, that she is an EXTREEM fall risk, and other issues they would need to know. At 8pm my dad called her (we can’t visit due to COVID) and and found out she had not been given a pain pill until 6pm!! She is supposed to get them every 4-6 hours - and it had been EIGHT HOURS!! She was very upset. Also, She has Parkinson’s and while she was there they expected her to behave in ways that advanced Parkinson’s patients just don’t behave. For being a medical facility they should have known better. It was really “Parkinson’s 101” stuff. Nothing complicated. Needless to say my dad went down and got her that moment and brought her home. So much for my dad getting a rest.
