Highly disappointed with this place. I made a reservation for 11 people for a team outing and celebration. I called to confirm the reservation as we were en route to the restaurant only to learn that it was closed and had been for over a week. I was told that the person working the night before should have called to tell me. They said that they were hopeful that they would re-open the next day. That didn't change the fact that 11 people showed up at restaurant with no place to eat. Thanks, Crave, for making what should have been a fun afternoon with co-workers into a last minute scramble with terrible results.

Friday night and the staff quickly found us our table and a waitor was ready as soon as we sat down. The food was excellent and came quickly. Our waitor was extremely pleasant and I would definitely eat here again.
Great ambience, good appetizers, good food, decently priced drinks. Not bad overall.
Extremely solicitous service. Layout is spacious and comfortable. Hamachi crudo is particularly standout. Food is decent overall.
I hope they will go out of business as soon as possible. Thursday night the place was almost empty, maybe 12 customers and about 15 waitresses standing in 3 groups talking, texting having great time. There was not a section on bar where was not dirty dishes. After 10 minutes someone finally noticed us and was polite enough to pick the dirty dishes from our section of bar, but not polite enough to wipe the desk. We ordered 2 soups and asked 3 times for bread or crackers. We got it 20 minutes later after we was done with soup. The surprise was there was 2.00 charge for few slices of pita bread in our check. Nobody told us there will be charge for bread. Been soup was ok, tomato soup should be renamed to peppercorn soup, it was extremely spicy. I never saw "sushi" like that. Diameter of the maki roll was about 2.5 inch. I complain to our bartender about it and she told me this is how is chef doing it. Than he is doing it wrong. This dish is also about taste of the fish, not just to stuff your face with 2lbs of rice. Btw. Dear Bartender we tipped you, not because you deserve it, we just try to be nice when possible. It was the worst service we had in a long time. You are there not to mentor your customers and prove you know everything better. Honestly try to look for some other job, you will be never good in service industry. We was so disappointed I even don't try to complain. If manager can't see dirty dishes everywhere, waitresses ignoring customers and the horrible food they are serving why to bother.
So sad Orlando didn't catch onto Crave..I always had a great meal,appetizer,drinks & service in or outside their elegant contemporary atmoshere...Thank goodness Ifound a Crave in Coral Gables..consistant in quality.The fantastic manager &staff made sure our experience was more than anyone could expect or ask for. From begining to end it was superb!
The setting is beautiful.. the food was great, especially dessert.
