Why go to the Geek Squad when this family owned store provides inexpensive and prompt service? To the individual who asked why not just buy new: sometimes older products are superior to the new replacements. I've used this store to repair a classic amplifier, speakers, key fob for my car, etc. Super nice family
Stopped in today 4/28/18 at around 10:15 am with a Vintage Adcon Amp. Spoke to Joseph for a few minutes and was such a nice person, said he will give me a call when he finds the problem. At 12:00 pm I got a call to come pick it up, repair was perfect, pricing was perfect, and the experience was perfect. Thank you again Joseph for keeping small business alive, you will have all my electronic repairs for now on!
Waste of money and time make sure you are clear on what is getting repaired. I was told they could fix my TV for 200.00. Found out after i approved it, had it repaired took it home hung it up on the wall again that there are several lamps in this TV and that he only replaced lamps until my TV started working again. I found that out only because it stopped working after an hour. Anyway after the 3rd time taking it off the wall and bringing it back to the store that now my screen is bad. which is more than the TV is worth of course. Was told it went bad from handling it too much....also found out that if you replace all the lamps in the TV it wouldnt be worth it. I feel like if i would have been told up front the truth i would have never had the TV fixed. Asked for money back was told no
Took 40 " Sony Brava flat screen tv there. Repairman said it couldn't be fixed cuz of circuit board is out. Bought their used tv for 150.00. It malfunctioned a week later. Returned it back and while there my old tv was on display to sell. Got it back and it failed to work . What a hassle and deceitful to deal with these husband and wife repairmen. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM . PERIOD. I bought a new tv from Walmart
The only place I'll take my TVs ... microwaves ... etc. Wonderful service; highly knowledgeable and honest !!!
They give you a price quote before any repair is done, very honest, good work.
Waste of money at the cost of tvs today buy a new one. Repaired my tv 2 weeks later issues arose, shop claimed it was unrelated. They use used parts for initial repair. Not worth the headache. Lesson learned
