I picked Leadbitter Glass from a Google search, based on seeing their past works and what a good decision it was. I wanted a bespoke feature window as a gift and I was not disappointed. Communication with Francis was excellent. Guidance on taking measurements and the sending of mock ups before proceeding added to my confidence. I was able to change my mind a couple of times, so that the end result matched the brief perfectly. The window is brilliant. Delivery was prompt and secure. We are waiting for the window to be fitted, so I can then send photos of the finished product in situ.

Fantastic communication with Francis from our first enquiry. Very flexible as we wanted to select our own design for our garage fanlights. Francis took the time to make sure we had measured the glass correctly and after a short wait we received our new glass. Great packaging, very secure and we were absolutely delighted when we opened it up. The quality of the workmanship is clear to see and I've now installed the glass and it looks fantastic. Can't recommend Leadbitter highly enough. Great service, great product, very happy customers !!

I had two etched glass panels made for our bathroom door with a bespoke images. Made exactly to our requirements. Excellent service and attention to detail. Kept fully up to date with progress and delivery date. I was a bit hesitant about having them posted by courier given the damaged goods from other suppliers in the past but needn’t have worried as the glass came well packed. Really happy with the finished product. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. I will post pictures of the panels when work on the door is completed.
