Terrible company and service. I have been emailing them for months to complete my husband’s taxes and no one has an answer or can help. No one there knows how to do anything apparently and won’t give me direction as to what next steps are. The guy who was supposed to help me has disappeared and no one else can fill in his shoes. Never using them nor will recommend them to anyone.

I'm writing to get your attention, two weeks ago I called and spoke with one of your specialist, i explained him my case and he told me he was going to call me back and never did it even though I called several times and he was always busy with other clients and never had the kindness to return the call, I want to let you know that my money is as important as that of others, I am very dissatisfied and disillusioned with the lack of ethics towards customers.
