I have certified twice now through CPR Memphis. The classes are easy to sign up for online. The communication they provide about your upcoming scheduled class is thorough. I received multiple text messages and emails with details regarding my class. Mr. James Harrold is a wonderful instructor. He is so kind and knowledgeable. Both times I have taken this class through CPR Memphis, I have felt like the setting was comfortable and the instructors have the type of personality I learn best from. I highly recommend them. :)

Everything was well organized with good emphasis on important points. Instructor made sure we understood the major points and that we were comfortable doing BLS as individuals and teams. She didn't skip over large sections like I've seen in some classes.
CPR Memphis instructor Mr. James H. was great. He called to make sure I wasn't having any trouble finding the office. He started with a great introduction of himself and the history behind his career that lead him to becoming an instructor. The demonstrations the coaching techniques on how to properly perform BLS tasks were phenomenal. Mr. James provided knowledgeable responses to any question myself or the other student present had. Superb job Mr. James. I definitely recommend utilizing there services for newcomers as well as those looking to rectify.
This class was reasonably priced, and easy to sign up for online. It was easy to find, and was organized upon arrival. I felt COVID-19 precautions were taken seriously. Karon was a great teacher -- thorough & made great use of all of our time. I would recommend this class!
Karon was excellent! The whole class was relaxed , excellent review of rhythms and meds. She made the mega code challenging but still enjoyable to get through.
