If I could rate the Curator's House higher, I would. My wife and I spent nine days here and it truly became a home away from home. The place is located close enough to town to have a very short drive, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of Corfu nature. A small taverna (Panorama) is just a couple of minutes walk away and provides amazing dinners in a truly authentic environment. The villa is large and immaculately clean and well cared for. Although it was just the two of us staying there, it could easily hold a few couples comfortably if you were traveling with a group of friends. The pool area is spotless, very spacious and provides everything you need to spend some lazy days lounging around the pool soaking up the sun. The villa is perfect, but what truly makes this place amazing though is Anastasios. Words truly cannot describe the amount of energy he invested in us to make this our most memorable vacation. It was the type of service we expect when at a 5 star hotel. He arranged for a private transfer from the airport (Mercedes S class), he got us a rental car delivered to us at the villa and he even got a friend to drive us to and from the other side of the island so that we could have a day without having to worry about driving. Not only did we have him set up one all day boat excursion that he personally captained for us, it was so amazing we had him set up another one to Paxos and Antipaxos that again he captained. Our last day, he offered to show us Corfu town and have lunch and coffee (which we did) and then personally dropped us off at the airport. We were blown away by the friendship he showed us and when we come back it will almost certainly be because of the experience he was able to provide.
