Just wanted to give kudos to the staff who’ve helped me out over the last few months. It’s been hard for me as a new rider to find a bike that fits me and that I feel confident on. I purchased my first bike a few months ago but wasn’t feeling it so I traded it in for something smaller. That decision caused me to have a hard time with my confidence but everyone involved in that process was very sensitive and understanding to my situation. Thanks to Juice, Michael, and a few other willing-to-help team members I left with a new (to me) bike. Juice even followed up a few days later (which may be his routine anyway) to see how I was getting along with my Superlow. Just all around great customer service.

Had a great Saturday here. Was my friends bday, they went all out with an awesome band, leis, grass skirts. Fun times!
Great team at American Eagle. They treated me well as a new rider and worked hard to get me into a used bike with only 1800 miles and the black color I wanted. Financing was also easy and profession. I love my bike as a first time buyer and after it for a few weeks found the bike to well made, great power and loads of fun..
No one had masks, not even the workers. One worker even told my husband to take his mask off cause he couldn't understand him with that thing one. One a good note though it was not crowded, but keeping 6 feet without masks was not a thing here and it made me feel unsafe. I left as soon as the shark of a sell man left us alone.
Place was ok. Nice and big, but the girls weren't friendly, kind of stuck up... Don't think I'll ever go back!
