I purchased a used Dodge Ram 1500 from this dealership on 12/19 and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. I live 2 hours away from the dealership and inquired about the vehicle prior to coming. They worked with me via text and email to answer any questions I had. When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was detailed to a T and everyone made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. They made me a wonderful deal on the truck and provided great customer service throughout the whole process. Aaron, Justin, Patrick and Vinny made the entire process a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I had the worst customer experience ever here. I had accepted and financed a deal only for them to back out last second because of the in-confidence and mistreatment of the GM here. I hope no one ever has to go through what I experienced. Make sure you do your research before dealing with a business who does not honor their own quotes. Stay away if you are an ethical person who does real business. This is the car lot that gives car salesmen a bad reputation.

This dealership is not following any kind of precautions to help prevent covid. Went to test drive a Gladiator today like the truck not the dealership. I told the salesman that my wife lost her mother to covid and that we wear mask to protect ourselves then he got into back seat with no mask. He was saying some nonsense about mask causing pneumonia and saying that he doesn't have covid because he was tested 2 weeks ago after exposure. You should respect your customers health.

The service department has taken care of my grandmother so well! She has a hard time since my grandfather passed away but she never fails to brag about Hyvin and Mike. And she has so many praises to sing about your new service manager, Cody. He has been great! During a time when people are more concerned with their own well being, you guys have showed up everyday, only to put someone else's problems ahead of your own. This level of service and dedication deserves recognition! Thank each one of you 3, from myself, and on behalf of a very grateful lady, whose life you've made a little easier.
