Vincente was great from reaching out to us when I inquired on the internet about my 2020 Nissan Frontier and made the process very easy from the application to finance to having the paperwork ready and my truck ready to go when I walked into the dealership and made us feel welcome to their dealership and explained everything we asked about. They explained everything clearly and friendly.. they provided an excellent area with all the amenities in order for me to wait on my vehicle to be repaired. They checked on my comfort through the process and then came and informed me as soon as my vehicle was ready, it was like having valet parking, and also the work was finished well within the estimated time to completion. Ms Hyvin and the rest of the staff really take care of you and your car. Couldnt ask for more.

Predatory dealership. This dealership ran my personal credit 6x ( 6 times!!!) Walked in with a 654, walked out with a 599. This has essentially ruined my credit for and 11,000 vehicle!!! Don’t shop here, especially if you’re a single female!!!! Or take a white man with you!
