Love NAPA. Rarely have an issue with any parts, and service is always outstanding. Better than other local parts stores who change employees daily with McDonald's drop outs. Used to use advance and the zone. But after having my account \merged\ one store lost over 20 YEARS or info saying I had only 3 purchases. I walk into Napa, even without my receipt they know me and just get it done. Napa or nowhere.....

Website said they had a tool in stock and when I get there not only am I told it isn't available, I was told that the website is commonly incorrect regarding what is and is not available. Customer service was good, even suggested another place I might find the tool right in the same plaza. Didn't find it there either, but at least he tried to help
