I contacted Dennis 2 days before Christmas to see about converting a dozen VHS tapes to digital format. He was very accommodating and able to get them done so quickly so that I could give them to my husband for Christmas. My husband was thrilled!! The files were very organized and we enjoyed watching them with the family over the holiday! Thanks Dennis, you made it so easy!!!
