They had the jacket for a week to fix a zipper , called at 1 to pick up today said they couldn’t find the jacket and said to come at 2. Get there at 1:15 since to see that the jacket hadn’t been fixed was just going to bring it somewhere else to actually get fixed. The woman who greeted us was very aggressive once we walked in, we asked for the coat back she was very rude the whole time

My family has been a loyal almost weekly customer for years at this business, we have been very well taken care of time after time. The owner (Marc) is extremely professional and courteous and appreciates every visit his clients make to his business. Keep up the great work !
Rude behavior Terrible customer service
UPDATE: Was contacted by owner who went to great lengths to contact me and was very upset to hear how I was handled by one of his employees at his business. He was very apologetic and assured me that the issues mentioned below would be investigated and rectified. For this reason I have changed my review and also told the owner that I would return my business for a second chance because isn't this what these reviews are for. Have been going to this cleaners for the past few years and have appreciated their service until recently. A couple months ago, I picked up mending and when I took home my pile of mending, there were items in the pile that were not completed even though I had been charged for them. Brought the item back and informed the employee as to what had happened and in a very “unfriendly” manner told me she would have the mending done. I returned again with mending and the same thing happened. I didn’t bother to report it but continued to bring my husband’s dry cleaning there. Just picked up his dry cleaning and was met with a very unfriendly employee who acted as if I was more of an inconvenience to her then anything else and was very rude. Will not be returning!
