Considering the number of leigitimate complaints from small businesses and franchise owners, I will have no sympathy if this place struggles. Standing in their parking lot with a U bolt in my hand that I need a match for, they tell me that they can't help as they are no longer serving the public. I have a Fastenal store close to me in Ottawa but stopped here as I happened to be nearby. I will avoid the Ottawa location from now on as well and take my money to a business that wants to survive.
