Needed an emergency plumber after our bath faucet valve stripped causing constant flow. Iron-fort were there within the hour on a holiday weekend. Temporary fix was done within a couple of hours with final fix done within 2 days (waiting on parts) great team and very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what was being done. Will go to again when we need help!

Sadly, I had a very poor experience with Iron Fort. I moved here a few months ago from Hamilton, ON. The job in my new-to-me century home was supposed to end with two finished baths, a usable bedroom (painting/finishing to be done by me), updates to copper & galvanized plumbing, additional beams/support in the basement, and a switch from electrical forced-air to propane heating. The pictures show a just few of the concerns I was left with two months later (Much of that time spent without any water or heat in Dec-Jan.) including: - No water supply to 2nd floor bath - No shower rough-in in the 2nd floor bath - Not much FLOOR left in the 2nd floor bath - New bath fixtures (supplied by me) not installed - Random holes & sewer line left exposed in 1st floor bathroom ceiling - Jack posts fastened by only two of 8 screws - Unsupported water lines I also incurred additional costs after the fact when licensed professionals pointed out the unsafe electrical work they did in the basement and plumbing that was against code. (Anyone looking for more info/pics is welcome to msg. me on Facebook.) Iron Fort subcontracted the heating and hot water supply/install and that company did a good job. (Minor plumbing and electrical corrections needed, but the company came out right away to take care of them.) If you do choose Iron Fort I respectfully suggest you INSIST on permits and inspections....Hopefully they will do better work for you Cannot recommend.

DON'T DO IT!!! AVOID at all costs... gave them a 5,000 deposit, 9 months later the work is still not done (Foundation repair) they gave me another quote that was higher, I declined, requested my deposit back...long story short, lawyer is involved, BBB complaint filed, small claims court next... I even offered to pay what they were out of pocket, all I wanted were receipts...they wont respond to emails...had the NERVE to tell me they will sue ME for 10,000 Terrible company, lesson learned, cheapest quote isnt always the best way to go.

On October 11th, 2020, My Husband and I were renovating our Basement, when I noticed water all over on my Bathroom floor. My Husband immediately checked and sure enough a line on our Water Heater was dripping. This happened to be the long weekend of Thanksgiving, it was a Sunday at 6pm, Stores were closed. Otherwise my Husband could have fixed this, plus the next day was Thanksgiving so the stores were closed .We absolutely couldnt wait 2 days. We went online and searched 24 hour plumber. We called and the Plumber was really great, he came over within 30 minutes. He fixed our Water Heater line within 1hr and 30mins. This was SO GREATLY APPRECIATED, it was a long weekend and we all have Families, but these mishaps do happen and it was such a relief to know that in an event like this, there was help. Yes we have to admit, the price was steep, but we understand that it was an emergency and a long weekend. We will definately call this company again, no hesitation. It means what it says 24 hours and thats very much true and we are very appreciative. GREAT JOB. M AND TB - Cornwall, Ontario

Supposed to be 24 hr service. I had sump pump issues and called for an emergency call from a plumber. I was told it was 240 just to have them come over. They would tell me the cost of repairs when he saw the issue. They told me the guy would be over shortly as he was just finishing a job. 3 hours later and no plumber and they are no longer answering their phone or returning my call. Great service.....NOT!!!!!!!!
