I have known the Markell family personally my entire life. I have lived in a Markell Home. I have dealt with J.F. Markell Homes in a variety of ways during my career. I have seen individuals with JFM go above and beyond for my clients. As a business and a builder, I cannot recommend them enough. As well, this business has helped shape our city and encouraged development. We are lucky to have them and I hope to see them continue to shape our city in the decades to come.

Bought first home from Markell in 2018, entire process was hassle free and timely. Everything went according to schedule and exactly how Markell said it would be. I would recommend them to anyone buying a home or renting one. Looking forward to doing business again soon in the near future.
