They have one lady doing cash and food . All the food alarms are going off and she is trying her best. She has to do store orders an online delivery orders. I will use the other KFC on second to relieve the work load on the poor woman. :(

Cashier girl taking our order and handling money sneezes in her palm as she's speaking to us... then handing out change and cups Then to make it even worse, she goes ahead and puts a bun to be toasted with her bare hands... that she just sneezed in! Disgusting place awful service and very unhygienic ...HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND Update... the manger came and apologized and tried to make it better for us. But we were already on our way out!
If I could give 0 stars on this review then I would. I drove across town to this specific location because it stated online they were open until 10 p.m. I got there before 9:15 and the cashier told me they were no longer serving chicken. I asked do you not close at 10 p.m.? The lady responded that they close the kitchen early at 9 p.m. every night. I've never heard of any fast food establishment closing their kitchen an hour early. If I had gone there at 9:45 p.m. then I would understand. But a full hour. I will never go to that location again.

I ordered a Popcorn Chicken Snack Box and an Individual Gravy, got home and had this. Question is why did it cost 8.79? Third time in a row over two years I walk out paying too much and get home missing items. People are polite to deal with however, I blame the company.
