We had a couple of experiences with Ford salesmen that were very disappointing and beyond unprofessional. So much so we debated on going back. However, we did and made our purchase from Gary, now retired, his service restored our faith in Ford as he was courteous, pleasant and professional. Now our recent purchase was with Robbie Stacey, he has surpassed our expectations for professionalism, service and courtesy. It is obvious when you deal with Robbie he is more than a salesman. He genuinely cares and wants to ensure you are happy with your purchase. He lets you know that he will be there for you long after the purchase is done. My Monday morning didn’t start off so great having vehicle issues. The service I received from all of the Miller Hughes staff, specifically the service manager Gary Rose was beyond stellar! He ensured that roadside assistance was provided and took my vehicle in the shop as soon as it arrived. This isn’t always the typical service you receive from dealerships. I purchased a new vehicle at a different local dealer a few years before buying from Miller Hughes. The honeymoon phase ended after my vehicle was purchased. I had multiple issues and not great service. The customer service I received from Miller Hughes will ensure that I am a repeat customer! Thanks again Gary!
