Jake was absolutely great and made my mother feel so comfortable when we switched her cell phone over yesterday. He wasn't pushy and really simplified things for her. He answered all questions, offered advice and even had a sense of humour!

Although we were a few minutes early, Matt, the store manager, opened up for us. Matt did a great job helping us get the best plan possible and on top of that he was a really friendly guy! Can only recommend the store and Matt!
We stopped by today to reactivate our account and get more info. The employers were very calm and patient so we didn't feel any stress. And he was patient with my father who's 81 years old and having hearing troubles.
Wanted to thank the very helpful Andrew at the Rogers store in Cornwall Square. After a 2 hour window my issue was finally resolved. If it weren't for his patience and persistence over the phone with numerous agents from head office I'd probably still be there fighting.
