I went in pretty frustrated with my phone, but a guy named mike more then excited to help me, he’s literally the kindest most welcoming person there! He will do anything to make sure u you leave happy! If you ever go there ask for mike you will not regret it I promise!
WORST cell phone Provider EVER..... I'm never over my data.... never call outside of Canada never text outside of Canada never go over my limit and my cell phone bill is constantly going up and down from 68 all the way up to 150 and yet nothing changes on my daily routine with my cell phone Telus is a rip-off do not get them as a provider people .... I'm looking for a new cell phone provider as I speak I do not recommend Telus us to anyone

Had a great experience at this location, the staff were very friendly and helpful, went In for an upgrade and was done In no time, lost a star because of the normal oversell of overpriced cases/covers you can buy online at a fraction of the price.
I've called 10 times literally in the last hour, no one even answers phone! if you're understaffed during the holidays then you can fix that. You are in the service industry and should be able to provide just that.
