Great same day service in the mist of the hottest days Maryland has seen in years. Excellent customer service and friendly. Repaired HVAC unit for the company I manage ( Dorsey Transmissions, Inc. ) and great pricing. Did not try to sell items that were not needed. I would recommend this company to my friends, family and our clients at the shop.
Noticed ice on the outside unit and my electric bill had almost doubled from the year before! Made an appointment with Corporate and within a week I had a new unit and my electric bill became what I expected it to be! So prompt and explained everything and made sure I knew how to change filter before Glen left! Also let me know that if I had any questions or concerns not to hesitate to call! Highly recommend!
They are extremely professional. They replaced entire AC System and furnace for a rental property in Maryland. They worked around my tenants schedule and completed the job in under 6 hours. I got three quotes and they beat the price of the other two by 200 and 1400 as well as completed it in four hours faster. I worked with Glen over the phone and he was amazing. He worked with me on what I wanted as well as what was appropriate for the rental. Great service!!
