I'd give them a 10 if it was possible! This company is the greatest! Our wedding party was extremely satisfied with awesome drivers and beautiful buses! On time at every stop and made the already hectic wedding much easier to manage! Thank you guys! We will definitely use CSI again and will recommend them to anyone.

Customer service at its finest. My group of 112 Dedicated Medical Professionals in residency took a trip from Austin, Texas to Orlando, Florida for awards ceremony and a national conference. Ride was smooth and the drivers were delightful. The buses had great amenities such as WiFi and smelled brand new. Their salespeople were very easy to work with and pricing was very competitive. It's not easy to please 2 busloads of surgeons and oncologists, but there wasn't one that did not express their satisfaction throughout the entire trip of 6 days!
I wanted to send an email and thank you all so much for the wonderful transportation service you provided to us yesterday. Everything went so smoothly, Mr. Herman was just great and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the excursion. This is by far the most professional Charter Bus Company in Austin. The drivers and buses are all First Class! I would recommend CSI to anyone needing group transportation.
Our business, Antonelli's Cheese Shop, works with CSI in Austin for our Cheesey Bus Tours - open to the public as well as for private and corporate events. We recently had Patricia Meyer as our operator/driver and she was fantastic. She was attentive, funny, and flexible when we were detoured by the marathon.
