A nurse by the name of Kim was extremely RUDE, she not only told me to go back and forth with insurances pretty much doing her job, but also attempted to deny me the treatment my child needed solely on the basis of her BEING LAZY AND NOT DOING HER JOB. I couldn’t believe that I was so mistreated and felt like it was my own fault and was turned away. I can’t believe someone this rude nurse is working at a children’s office. If this is where you are taking your child I would seek someone other doctors office.

I was extremely nervous about my son's appointment anytime you find out something new is going to affect your child it hurts all the way around everyone here was so sweet to us the doctor made things straightforward so I could understand so so far so good
