The first time I called I couldn't get a quote or a return phone call from anyone but the individual who i spoke with was no longer working there. I called back again and spoke to Laura she was great she was quick to get someone to help me to establish pick up service and helped me on setting up my account. Thank you Laura for your help!

I have to call them every few months because they miss picking up our dumpster. Then it takes them a couple days to get the dumpster picked up. if they miss picking up our dumpster because they have truck maintenance problems they should contact us and let us know they will be there the next day to pick it up. We don't hear from them and nothing gets done unless I call them. This is unsat and very poor customer service. I will say that the ladies I talk to when I call are very pleasant and understanding. I just wish they would be more reliable.
