My husband place and order of 2 hamburger to go with light mayonnaise we called them to let them know that the hamburger have a lot mayonnaise and this was their answer: They can't do it because they have a big container with a pump and they can have control of it I gave a suggestion to use a knife to remove the excess and they said they can't do it but on top my husband found a long hair in his hamburger they gave us an option to coming back and return the hamburger and have another ones. I said no thank you.
