We used Corpus Christi Home Inspections to inspect our new construction home before we moved in. The service was top notch. The inspector was on time, thorough, and quick with their report; he even calls afterwards to go over the report with you. The inspector was used again for a follow up inspection to insure the reported items were taken care of. While the inspection is a little pricey, it’s worth it to ensure the home is completed and done correctly.

If your a first time home buyer or have a few already. This is a must have! The level of professionalism and knowledge is the BEST that I have come across here in South Texas. Mr. Herrmann went above and beyond the norms for just a regular home inspection. He has done a few for me in the past year. I thought I had a good eye for most things on a home. The reports that he produces and the call backs to go over all he's findings in such depth. It helps you understand the risks you may be facing that you had no idea about.
