I pre-booked and prepaid a short term rental online. After this I read about some bad Hertz Corralejo experiences on TripAdvisor, which made me a bit worried. These turned out to be completely untrue. The service was fantastic - we weren't pressured to buy anything we didn't need (extra insurance, prepaid fuel, navigator etc.) and the experience was all around very smooth. They even agreed to pick up the car from our hotel for no extra charge. Fantastic! Definitely recommended especially if you are an Amex card holder and are eligible for the discounted rate.

Overall experience was alright. The Opel Corsa I got was brand new, well equipped, clean, and in excellent condition. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Do not get surprised that the optional insurance doubles cost of the rental - in my case I made the deal for both the car rent, as well as full insurance, with a third party online broker and saved myself a third of the price. ...in that case, however, this place will block 700 from your credit card, and in case of an accident it will be the broker to reimburse you whatever you end up incurring.

Very helpful staff on site. The car was immaculate. We took the optional insurance to avoid any excesses payable in the case of an accident (costs slightly more but worth it for peace of mind). Would use again.

non é più attivo da mesi, ne questo ne quello vicino al porto.. si noleggia solo al aereoporto e se prendete accordi in fase di prenotazione potete lasciare l'auto e le sue chiavi presso l'hotel corrajeco beach
