Staff were excellent to start place was spotless clean, then we got the food...wow garlic prawns lovely then we got the mains chefs lamb special absolutely lovely left none went back 3 times after during our stay. The fillet steak medium another delight. 1st night my wife got the nicest blueberry cheese cake ever she said. Would definitely recommend it we'll be back

I wouldn't recommend to eat here. Although the staff was very friendly the food was horrible. We ordered some shrimps and the consistency was very \slushy\. They didn't feel fresh at all and we saw the cook pre-heating them in the microwave. Also, we ordered chorizos and couldn't even eat them. The meat tasted really bad. The place looked clean but we also saw a small cockroach near the bathroom. I'm really sorry for the friendly staff but this restaurant doesn't deserve more than 1 star.
We decided to try La Tasca while away because the menu looked good and the restaurant was very well presented. First off, the staff were excellent! Very attentive but not intrusive. They had a special of sirloin steak, beer/wine for 14 ish and it is well worth it. It was a large lump of steak and cooked perfectly. Would definitely recommend
Decent food at fair prices. Portions are on the large side. I'll be honest though, was a real shame to have the same basic chips as everywhere else with a fillet steak.. that's the only negative! Service was very very good.
