My step son bought some shoes here and the lady was great with him, helping him try different types on. Nothing was too much trouble. The next day after going for a walk we came back to our hotel and the shoe box had been taken by the cleaners! My step son was very upset as he wanted to keep it as it was a Jordan box, we went back to shuzu and explained to another lady who was working there, to see if they had any more boxes... many people would have said no just to get rid of us because they couldn't be bothered but she went and made up a box that had been flattened for my step son! We were so grateful for this act of kindness and my step son was once again a very happy boy! Thanks for such great customer service.
