Long waiting times (like 45minutes with just one customer in front of me) also for the tech business I would expect working website and staff able to talk english. The deal they offered was ok and phone we had in 10 minutes even activated, better than in Germany actually.

We came to Moviestar today and luckily Linda Kate was free to help us. Very friendly, helpful , profesional lady.
Movistar should be ashamed of the service offered there. I bought a sim card more expensive because apparently the cheaper ones were not working. It never worked on my phone even though I have already used it in spain and other countries, after talking for 3 days with the support Movistar they told me to go back and get my money back, which they refused. And I speak Spanish!!! Imagine the service for non spanish speakers
Very arrogant and disorganized company. We changed our place of living and we asked to move Fiber to the next place. They said to wait up to 15 working days. Of course nobody even contacted us. After 20 days when my husband went to the store, they said that there is not enough space in the building's box and we have to wait 2 months fiber to be installed!!! We asked for some alternatives like satellite internet while fiber will be installed. They said that it is up to technicians to decide if we can have satellite internet. But we said we are clients and we need internet for these 2 months while waiting, because our work depends on internet. We asked can you talk with technicians, we really need any type of internet. Movistar staff arrogantly said that they can't help us (they even didn't contact technicians), so we had only one option - to cancel the contract with them. By the way, to cancel the contract is not so easy, you have to call some special number, than wait about 20 minutes for any English speaking person to pick up the phone and then around 40 minutes explain why are you canceling the contract. There are few good internet providers in the island, I would suggest to have a business with them instead of this giant company, because nobody in Movistar responsible for anything.

Better to do everything online, than visit this shop!!! I didnt see that arogant employe for a long time like here in Corralejo. Or maybe better chose straight diferent company than movistar.
Came from Puerto del Rosario because their 'system' didn't work. At least the girl there was really kind. But here 3 people "working" in the shop and one customer. I wanted to make a new contract, but they were telling us that we need to book an appointment for next day. But it was clear that this lady didn't wanted to work. Ridiculous!
Excellent service good English spoken, hopefully will get things sorted,popping back in today was very busy yesterday arrived at 1030 was seen at 11am people were walking away maybe more staff on first thing . Thanks Went back next day to hand our old router in but the systems were down so I gave our email address for proof of receipt to be sent to still waiting 3 weeks later!!!! Its now 2021 and still no reply not holding out much hope.
