Desperately needs better consistent management. Poorest customer service I have ever experienced from a food establishment...in MY HOMETOWN!!! # NEVER AGAIN! Placed order at 6:18 for a supreme. Window clerk said wait out front I'll bring it out in about 15 minutes. Twenty minutes later an elementary graduate brought a pizza to the vehicle that had been behind us. Walked in to request a refund & the same elementary graduate window clerk by the name of Lania g starts up some combative dialogue towards me like I'm in the wrong for coming in & questioning the whereabouts of our pizza. Gives some blah blah bs story about new people working here etc etc itll be right out, waited a few more minutes & finally just said give me a refund. The so called manager comes up front like I'm some public enemy for requesting a refund, she took five more minutes to retrieve my money. Suddenly everyone in there is at the front register ready to throw down or something, crazy.... Long story short I'll never be going back & corporate will be getting a phone call first thing tomorrow. ...By the way if anyone in there could get on the same page using this thing called \ communication & customer service\ which undoubtedly is a fading commodity!.....I'm sure it could double profits or more easily! People aren't coming in there to make friends with the staff or employees, so just turn out the quality product that little cesasars can, smile, take they're money & say....next. Leave all the high school, political left wing bs at the house, turn off your damn cellphones & get to work. Not that it really matters but the only person I saw wearing a covid mask was the manager & all that nappy hair y'all wear should have a hair net over it.

Terrible im sorry but me and my fam waited for like an hour and we asked them 30 min in whats taking so long and they said they bearly started making the pizzas, then 30 min later we ask again and they got our order wrong, they had lots of peowaiting the one in the front she was zoning out and a lot, lots of workers where talking and laughing(i mean thats not bad just get ur orders done and do ur job and when u can talk and laugh or clean) our pizzas ended out cold. Terrible day and workers

Worst customer experience ever. Long lines. Long wait times. And no one to attend to you when you get to the window. I would encourage to go to pizza hut and spend extra 2-3 bucks. Its totally worth it. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.

My husband went here yesterday and got 2 pizzas and some crazy bread. The pizza was alright but the bread was entirely raw on the inside. We called and they apologized and replaced them. They gave us more raw bread. Check your food before you leave!!!!
