Previous technician neglected to turn propane back on. Michael solved this issue. As he was leaving our house he heads water gushing and came back to let me know. It was some kind of installation for backflow. He attempted to turn it off and when that was not successful he turned off our water at the main cut off. Needless to say this was above and beyond his call of duty and we are very very grateful.
Michael explained the tasks he was going to perform. After finishing the tasks, he reported and gave me a thorough explanation. I would highly recommend Michael to others for HVAC maintenance work.
Michael did our diagnostic testing on our HVAC system and advised us about what work needed to be done to make our unit most efficient. We were given a couple of options and once we agreed to maintenance I was at ease knowing that Michael would be doing the work. I’ve had an a/c unit out for a couple of months and was dreading the worst. Thankfully we had another unit to keep the house comfortable. Charlie was our technician today and we could not be happier with his service. He was thorough, and did not try to push addition services on us. It ended up being something relatively minor (yay!) and it was a little pricey. However, 5-star service and honesty is worth the price. Thank you Charlie! You’ve earned us as a permanent customer!
