Hi I've been using vand for about 5-6 years now I can say they care about there customers they have changed my watch battery on numerous occasions always fair and fast they have integrity and values at this jewelry store the reason I don't give a full 5 star is because I take my ratings seriously and I can say its only for customers to see I really can't say a bad thing about this store they have always been awesome in my eyes ifs a blind of county and high end jewelry and they offer financing I've never used financing but I'm sure they have it for all types of credit? Just call them to ask I love the home town feel of the store and they are eager to help and they do a great job so if you are looking look at Van's

I brought my watch in thinking it needed cleaning, but they suggested I try a new battery at no cost. The battery didn't fix the problem, but months later the watch began working. When I went by to pay for the battery, they said no payment. Very generous - they will definitely get my future business.
