Staff very friendly, attentive, professional and patient. We spent about 3hrs there trying lots of bags. Checking, trying out different a bags I’m different sizes. Staff accommodated all requests. We bought 3 big luggage, 1 cabin and 1 sling bag. Would definitely recommend this outlet to anyone who wants to get Samsonite bags. It’s also easy to get to from the city centre of Milan.
