I have been having pain in my hip area..probably arthritis as I am 71. Yesterday it bothered me so much I couldn't stand or sit comfortably. I started taking 800 mg ibuprofen every 3 to 4 hours and it still hurt. This morning I used the "Fire & Ice" all over my hip and back area and I haven't needed to take any pain meds today. Amazing!
